PTHSS Annual Membership / Information Meeting Held on June 3
Parker-Tarrant Home School Sports (PTHSS) held their annual membership and information meeting on June 3, 2010 at Faith Community Baptist Church in White Settlement, Texas, beginning at approximately 7:00 PM

The meeting agenda is provided above and details are provided in the charts linked below. Corey Linscombe presented an overview of PTHSS, including a short review of the “PTHSS Guidelines, Expectations, and Rules of Conduct.”
An important objective of the meeting was to conduct the bi-annual election of the PTHSS Board of Trustees and President. The following slate was presented to the membership for approval:
Board of Trustees: Corey Linscombe, David Manning, Jon Blackburn, David Whiting, Jerry Brantley.

The membership approved the proposed slate without further discussion.
In addition the PTHSS officer positions were appointed as follows for the 2010/2011 school year:

Volleyball: Marcia Whiting

Each Sports director provided a short summary of their sport’s plans for the upcoming school year. This was followed by an opportunity for both new and returning members to ask questions.
Finally, the meeting was split and the Football and Volleyball programs conducted their formal registrations. The meeting concluded upon completion of the registrations.
