updated August 30, 2011	VISION:  As an organization Parker-Tarrant Home School Sports seeks to raise up the next generation of passionate disciples for Jesus Christ through the venue of competitive team athletics MISSION:  Parker-Tarrant Home School Sports exists to promote and accomplish sports education for the Texas Home School student in a Christian environment. With a focus primarily in the Parker County and West Tarrant County areas of North Texas, the organization’s objective is to provide a competitive environment for middle school and high school sports competition that is not normally provided by traditional home school organizations or support groups. PTHSS desires to accomplish this goal in a way that both works alongside the parents and honors Jesus Christ. PTHSS Annual Membership / Information Meeting held on June 16 Parker-Tarrant Home School Sports (PTHSS) held their annual membership and information meeting on June 16, 2010 at Faith Community Baptist Church in White Settlement, Texas. David Manning was elected as the new President of the organization. The entire 2011-2012 PTHSS Board of Trustees were also presented and introduced, the Volleyball program conducted their annual registration, and informational meetings were held for basketball and baseball. Basketball sign-ups will be held Monday, August 29 at Birchman Baptist Church. We are working to pull together a baseball team of the 2012 season. Many of the PT Warriors athletic activities occur at Birchman Baptist Church in West Fort Worth. Click here for directions to Birchman. Organizational Meeting and Informal Practice - Saturday, September 10! - The Warriors are working to field a baseball team for the 2012 season. We will hold an organizational meeting and will also provide opportunity for the players to throw the ball around and maybe even hit a few!
